Terms of Service

1. The Service
Orvyx is a context-first AI content workspace that helps creators, creator agencies, and creator-led teams turn context, briefs, and goals into focused content plans and polished drafts. The service is provided as-is and is actively being developed.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Orvyx.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Orvyx to create content that is illegal, harmful, or that infringes on the rights of others. You may not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.
4. AI-generated content
Orvyx uses third-party AI providers to generate content. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using or publishing it. Orvyx does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of any AI-generated output.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Orvyx. You grant Orvyx a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (including sending prompts to AI providers for generation). Orvyx does not claim ownership of your content.
6. Intellectual property
The Orvyx platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Orvyx. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Usage limits apply per plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Service changes
Orvyx is actively being developed. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will communicate significant changes to active users.
9. Termination
You may stop using Orvyx at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Disclaimers
Orvyx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvyx disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
